Our Story
Remote Chapters was born from a simple observation: remote work gave us the freedom to work from anywhere, but most of us were still stuck in the same place, missing out on the incredible growth that comes from experiencing new cultures and perspectives.
In 2019, our founder Mo Oumha joined the remote work community to travel while freelancing. What started as a personal experiment in location independence quickly became a calling to help others do the same – but with better support, deeper connections, and more meaningful experiences.
Today, we've grown into a global community of over 500 alumni who've not only traveled the world but built lasting friendships, advanced their careers, and gained perspectives that continue to shape their lives long after their programs end.
